Diana Lobdell
With more than three decades of experience in dentistry, Diana Lobdell has built her career on one core belief: better is always possible. Beginning in periodontics in 1991, Diana quickly became known for her ability to master complex systems and navigate the ever-changing world of dental insurance — long before formal training or certifications existed.
In 2011, she earned her AAPC Certified Professional Coder credential and later became a Certified Dentrix Trainer, expanding her expertise across both dental and medical billing. But it was her deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges practices face that ultimately inspired her to found Better Practice Solutions — a consulting and billing firm dedicated to helping dental teams regain control of their revenue cycle, simplify operations, and thrive with confidence.
Diana’s approach is grounded in real-world experience and a genuine passion for helping practices succeed. She partners with teams who are ready to create meaningful change — not just higher collections, but stronger systems and happier patients.
Based in New York’s Hudson Valley, Diana enjoys hiking, local adventures, and weekends spent traveling or on the open road with her husband and their motorcycles.
